new document white background add some Noise Filter --> Noise
--> Add Noise Settings
Amount=48 check both
Gaussion & Monochromatic.
I have added some scratches,
moss and a cut out text.

Go to Filter --> Stylize --> Emboss settings are 145 degree
Angle Height=2; Amount=25; now you can change the color with Hue/saturation
have fun. |
