Halo Effect


1) New document,
select the Horizontal Type Tool
(T) and write whatever you like.
 
2) On a new layer which you will put between the background
layer and text layer,
create an elliptical selection
and fill in with white.
 
3) Give your elliptical selection a gaussian blur of 5.0.
 
4) Then blend effect, outer glow use these setting: Blend Mode Screen; Opacity 100%; color default color; Spread 2%; Size 16px.
 
5) Duplicate the layer and change
the color of outer glow to blue
hex: #0099FF and use these
settings: blend Mode Screen;
Opacity 100%; Spread 2%;
Size 25px.
 
6) Thats it now the possibilities
are endless with what you
can make with this.
