	Create a Fast Background in photoshop by - Senkusha

	Take any picture you want as a background. I flipped this horizontal.

	Use "Filter>Blur>Motion Blur" with a horizontal setting.
	Use "Image>Adjust>Hue / Saturation" and change the color of your background..


	Use a nice texture like the one above with Blend Mode " Color Dodge". Try also the other Blend Modes for different effects.

	Add some cracks with brushes. Ready.
